How Reviews Will Work

• Review requests will be sent after an order has been delivered.
• Feedback connected to a real order may be marked as a verified purchase.
• Positive and critical reviews may both be published when they follow our review guidelines.
• Personal information, spam, abusive content, and unrelated material will be removed.

After delivery, use the review request sent to your order email. If you have not received one, contact NovaCart support with your order number.
